The episode begins with the doctor bringing Dil and Lata to the general ward to see Nandini. Seeing that Nandini is now stable and out of danger, Dil feels a deep sense of relief. The doctor praises her, saying Nandini is fortunate to have such a devoted daughter. Dil assures them she will stay by her mother’s side.
Soon after, Dil’s uncle arrives to check on Nandini and notices the ward is empty. As he moves closer to her, Nandini regains consciousness and immediately recalls that he was the one behind her accident. Lata walks in just as he pretends to be worried and caring. Lata, unaware of the truth, thanks God for saving Nandini and leaves to get her medicine. Nandini then confronts her brother, warning him that she remembers everything. He remains silent, unable to deny it.
Meanwhile, Raghav comes across a video where a man talks about the fundraising efforts to save Nandini’s life. He mentions that someone donated ₹4 lakhs, which helped fund her treatment.
Raghav heads to Shanaya’s room but finds her missing. The maid informs him that Natasha took Shanaya to school, but he quickly realizes something is wrong when he sees Shanaya’s school bag still at home. He figures out that Natasha has taken Shanaya to participate in the Little Rock Star Talent Show.
At the event, the host introduces Shanaya as Raghav’s daughter. Shanaya begins singing Tu Dhadkan Main Dil, but although she gives her best, the judges silently notice that her performance is out of tune.
Raghav suddenly arrives, interrupts her mid-performance, and takes her away from the stage.
Elsewhere, Natasha’s mother pleads with the sponsor for one hour to convince Raghav. The sponsor agrees. She then warns Chandan that if he fails to sway Raghav, she will step in and handle it her way.
Back at the hospital, Dil emotionally tells Nandini how terrified she was and how she felt she wouldn’t survive if anything had happened to her. Nandini gently tells her not to say such things. When Dil leaves to fetch something, Nandini remarks to Lata how much Dil has matured in such a short time. Lata agrees and shows her a video of Dil singing all night at a jagrata to raise money for her mother’s treatment. She praises Dil, saying she is blessed by Goddess Saraswati and that nothing can stop her from achieving success through music. Nandini, however, grows worried that music might take Dil away from her someday.
Meanwhile, Shanaya sees herself being trolled online. People mock her performance, saying her singing was so bad that her father had to pull her off stage. She blames Raghav for her public embarrassment. Raghav tries to reassure her, explaining that he only stepped in to protect her and that she shouldn’t let the trolls affect her.
Just then, Natasha’s mother taunts Raghav, saying that headlines now read: Raghav’s Daughter Can’t Sing. She challenges him to fix the situation by returning to the stage himself. Raghav then turns to Shanaya and says, “I’ll sing again—and I’ll rewrite those headlines.”
